You'll be surprised how quickly you can get to all top sights and locations in Berlin. With Schnellbahn S1 from Friedenau you get to Potsdamer Platz/Brandenburger Tor in only 14 minutes. Get
to Potsdam in 40 minutes, to Messe Nord/ICC in 17 minutes.
Take U-Bahn U9 from Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz to Kufürstendamm/Bahnhof Zoo – it only takes 7 minutes.
OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD

The hotel is situated near the centre of Berlin, in the tranquil, green quarter of Friedenau – an urban environment. The streets are lined with villas whose richly decorated façades and doors date from Gründerzeit (mid-19th century, historicist) and Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) periods. There are commemorative plaques of the authors, painters and philosophers who lived here. Above the doors, on balconies, in windows and on columns, sandstone guardian angels keep watch. Many restaurants make it easy to go out in the evening. The S-Bahn (Metro) is five minutes away on foot and only a quarter of an hour’s ride from the main tourist sites in Berlin: the Brandenburger Tor, Unter den Linden, theatres, operas and museums.
